Hi my name is Tom. I hold BS, MA, and Specialist degrees in education. I have used these degrees for 20-plus years teaching students in elementary school through college. I also have many years of experience in the education administrative fields. I have served in the capacity of Math and Science Coach, Assistant Principal, Principal,and Assistant Superintendent. ADD/ADHD
I have taught special needs students in areas of ADD/ADHD in all grade levels for over 8 years. I am fully certified in this area in the state of Georgia. I have had much success in developing an individualized teaching method for ADD/ADHD students and helping them achieve their goals.

I have taught in the special RESA program in Georgia for students that have psychiatric/severe special needs including aspergers, autism, bi-polar for more than 8 years. The grade levels include grades 4 thru 12. I have developed special individualized programs for each of these special needs students. These classes were self contained with no more than 8 students in the class.

I have taught students with autism, aspergers, and other special needs in the Georgia Resa program for more than 8 years. In addition, I have developed and implemented special individualized instructional programs for each of my students. Also, each of my students have been able to achieve many of their life goals as a result of my teachings. I have developed a special trust and bond with each of my students which is primary basis for my success with them.
