Five stars for Arlene with joy. Arlene is a highly educated person that leaves the student in a very comfortable position to be able to express themselves on all matters. With a very clear English and a facility to understand us (Brazilians) and quickly correct errors made in the chat, Arlene could do for my Spoken English, and understanding as well, in the three weeks what I had not achieved in 45 years of English Classes in Brazil.
