For the past nine years (2006-2015), I taught sixth grade mathematics and science in the Muscogee County School District (Columbus, GA) at Blackmon Road Middle School and Veterans Memorial Middle School. Before teaching, I worked as a Pool Manager, Lifeguard, and Swim Instructor for the city pools (Columbus Parks and Recreation) from 2000-2007 (eight summers).
