Tom was on time to our home, where he met with everyone and got right down to business with our 5th grader. He patiently listened to "mom" explain what she felt about the challenges and expectations with a smile. The session covered review of past material, worked on new concepts and even went over foundational information and techniques that were lost in translation over the years. Tom was patient and had a very positive attitude. He was able to explain techniques to my fifth grader and I saw her able to work out problems that had her completely stomped. His schedule is a little tight and you have to calendar week by week, other than that my fifth grader said she was able to understand him and follow what he was trying to explain. Overall we were impressed with his professionalism with us "parents" and his gentle affect with our daughter. He's a keeper!
