Heike really helped me boost my confidence in German when we realized I was better with simple sentences than the complicated sentences we're trying to do in class. We have seen Heike twice now. She is reliable and communication with her is quick and easy. She is very flexible concering days and time. She used our first sesson to assess my kids status quo and addressed their special need in our second lesson. Heike prepared a wonderful lesson and study folder for our daughter. She arrived 10 minutes early and was so organized, all we had to do was introductions.
