My ESL background comes from my experience working with refugee clients at a local Atlanta refugee resettlement agency. Here I aided clients in flaring their resumes up for potential employers. With no previous written work experience, and little English, I had the opportunity to conduct classes and ready them for jobs in the United States. This experience tied with my background in Geography, allowed me to better accommodate those from a different cultural background.
