Hello! I was a bilingual tutor at Michigan Public School. I also had a own cram school for Japanese students in Michigan. I helped them prepare for examinations to going back to Japanese schools. My granddaughter Alena is not an easy student to deal with - she did not speak any English and she hated reading even in her native language. Saying the truth, she does not like learning much. I am not sure how Hiromi does it, but Alena loves learning English with her and is always running to the teacher, not from her. In just one month she learned the entire alphabet, started reading (has read 6 books already!), and is enjoying practicing on the computer following recommendations of the teacher. I am very satisfied with results! I wish Alena could visit for longer to learn more from Hiromi.
