Nicole is awesome. Let me start off by saying that! I reached out for her help last minute right before my final exam in fundamentals. I was in need for help because I tried everything - peer tutoring at school and reaching out for help from my professor - and I had failed all my previous exams for fundamentals. When I met with Nicole, I felt like I wasn't going to be able to pull off passing my final exam. Nicole sat down with me and went through 7 weeks of material explaining the things I didn't understand. She also helped me with pulling out the correct information from nursing style test questions (which is something I was really struggling with). Needless to say, I passed my final exam with a 91% and I passed my class! I am much more confident in fundamentals test taking!

I was studying for the NCLEX-RN and since I learn material better through repetition and review, I was looking for a tutor. Nicole was very patient with me, and through her own personal assessment of how I learn, she was able to break down the material in a way that was understandable, and easy to learn. She also has fun study tips like using note-cards to help remember medications. She also provides great examples and uses life experiences to help you remember medications and nursing interventions. She never made me feel incompetent, or undermined me. She has many years of nursing experience in the ICU and surgery unit, so she definitely knows what she is talking about and practices what she preaches. A great asset for anyone that is studying for the brutal NCLEX-RN exam and feels they learn better through one on one focused teaching and review. I thought I would never pass the brutal test since they just changed some of the testing format for 2014. She only lets you sign up for the test once she is confident that you are ready, so you never feel like you are going through this stressful experience alone. I would never have passed if I did not have the support of this amazing nurse. Every subject, disease process and medication that she had me review (over and over on a daily basis) was on that test! When I finally took the test, I felt prepared and confident. I had a lot of difficult level questions and my test ended on a select all that apply! And I am now a licensed nurse. I highly recommend this tutor!!

Nicole was an excellent tutor and I truly could not have passed the NCLEX without her help!!! She was extremely patient, always willing to help, never minded repeating the notes and she knew the material better than anyone I've ever worked with. She provided real life situations to help me understand the material and also gave me homework after each session. This helped me because I had to make many note cards and take many quizzes. My wife and I have tried to learn a foreign language before but the various teachers/tutors we had lessened our desire instead of enhancing it! We decided to try and learn Italian and found Nicole through WyzAnt! In summary, Nikki was awesome! Nikki gave three of us Italian lessons over the course of three months. There was my wife, our good friend Nicole and myself. We all work at the same facility and Nikki right away was willing to come and meet us during our lunch hour (once/week). Nikki was always on time and ready for our lesson. She made us want to learn. But it was more than that. You could tell she loved Italy and loved Italian. She is Italian, so I am sure that helped! She bonded right away with my wife and Nicole and they enjoyed Nikki's company very much. Nikki had us get a college level book (introductory book to Italian) and went through sections of that book with us. She did give us some homework which we didn't do as much as we should of but Nikki was enthusiastic as ever each lesson. She made learning fun and didn't get on our case when we spoke English and was very encouraging to us even when we got answers wrong. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nikki to anyone learning Italian. She is Italian, breathes Italian and is a wonderful person, mother and each lesson was like being with a good friend. If we decide to continue on our quest to become fluent in Italian we will certainly continue with her. For now we are heading to the Italian Island Sardinia and will be able to speak some Italian on our cycling tour because we had Italian lessons with Nikki! I cannot even begin to describe how amazing Nicole has been in tutoring me for my success at NCLEX after 4 failed attempts. After researching possible tutors to help, Nicole seemed like the perfect fit. I messaged her and almost instantly she got back to me with information to get me going. I was a little nervous at first, but that all went away as soon as I entered her home. Nicole was very kind and welcoming to me along with getting to know my studying styles and ways to improve them. I soon learned what I was doing wrong and by going through all body systems I had the chance to practice A LOT by doing a multitude of questions. The work may seem a little daunting and sometimes pretty rough, but I can attest to the fact that it is worth it!! I followed every instruction/tip Nicole had to offer me and it was not in vain. I ended up passing on my next attempt and could not have done it without her. If anyone is having difficulty passing the NCLEX like I did, I cannot recommend Nicole enough. She is absolutely amazing, patient, intelligent, and teaches through examples that just make it easy to understand. Thank you Nicole for everything, she truly was my angel in disguise!
