I have been involved in the Chicago theater community for the past 17 years, both as actor and playwright. I have worked for the Latino Chicago Theater (Che, Che, CHe), Steppenwolf Theater (House on Mango Street), Agujon Theater (Blood Wedding); as well as Tin Fish, Bailiwick, and was part of the Latino Theater Festival at the Goodman Theater in 2004 with the Aguijon Theater Company. My original play, NICAS, was produced under Pinolero Productions in the winter of 2002, and have also been involved in other local theater festivals with original scripts.
