I have been in the English as a Second Language/Bi Lingual Dept. of a school in Glen Ellyn, Illinois since 2000. I have initially worked with a Hispanic population, as I speak Spanish fluently. I then had the experience of working with African refugees mainly from Somalia and the Sudan. In addition, I am currently working with Asian refugees from Burma, Nepal and Thailand.
