I have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from a traditional university and a Master's degree in Education where a significant number of the courses were completed online. I also have more than 200 hours of experience as a tutor with WyzAnt and as a paid tutor and instructor at Heartland Community College. I am able to develop study plans for students based upon their own individual learning styles including note taking, highlighting, using flashcards, models or other manipulatives, auditory strategies including utilizing books and notes on CD, or mapping strategies.

Robin has been tutoring my 1st grade son for several months now with reading and math. We have seen such significant improvement in his grades! Hello there. My name is Patrick, and I am a client of WyzAnt. My tutor is Robin L. She is great! I can't say enough good things about her. She has only been my tutor for a week, but my professors and I have seen an improvement in my knowledge of my courses. I am a 41 yr old single father, and Marine Corps. vet, freshman taking a college math and computer skills class, (have not been in a classroom since 1989). Robin is very patient,very understanding and helpful with my courses. She has already put me at ease with my classes and encourages me and motivates me. Robin, teaches classes at one of the nearby colleges so she is very busy, but, she is never too busy to call me back when I have a question, and she takes her time on the phone and during our tutoring sessions to make sure I understand and am comfortable with the material. Right now, I have just completed week six of my 9 week course for both classes. Due to Robins help, especially with he computer class, I am carrying an A in both my classes! I have never had an A in MATH and my computer skills were less than sub-par until I became a client of WyzAnt, and its all due to Robin's FANTASTIC TUTORING SKILLS! I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would be doing so well in these classes. I cannot say enough great things about her.
