A native English speaker, I enjoy sharing my love of our complex language with others who are newer to it. I first became a one on one volunteer tutor to adults in Chicago with Jane Addams Resource Corporation (JARC). Later I became the Program Director of JARC's Adult Learners' Program, which meant recruiting, testing, matching and supporting the students and tutors.
