My name is Edward and I specialize in tutoring children and adults with special needs (learning disabilities, test-taking anxiety as well as ADD/ADHD). I have been a tutor for Educational Talent Search and the Office for Students with Disabilities for several years, tutoring various subjects including algebra, English (writing and grammar), science and computers. I am patient and persevere until my students grasp the concepts they need to be successful and confident in their abilities. Today was our first tutoring session for my 3rd grader in Math. I wasn't as prepared as I would have liked. I have requested a Math Guide from my son's teacher, to better direct us to the area of need. I look forward to our next session, however. Edward came prepared with a Teachers Addition Math book. He seemed to be anxious to tutor my son.

Edward S was a good tutor. He was informative and my daughter liked him. However, he stopped returning my calls and never showed up for his appointment. I don't know if something happened to him or if he just decided to quite without notice. However, he was a good tutor.
