My name is Katie, and I am currently a full-time Reading Specialist at a school district in Oak Lawn. I am passionate about helping young readers to find their confidence and build their interest for reading. I excel at pinpointing their areas of weakness and utilizing research-based programs to strengthen those foundational literacy skills to help them excel in school.
