In my prior experienced back in 2004, I worked with GEAR UP as a Mathematics Tutor for grades 9-12 at Mather High School in Chicago. Due to lack of funding from the government, the program was shut down. I enjoyed working with children. I believe that in order to be good in something, we just need practice.
