My name is Kayla and I am passionate about teaching. I received a BS in chemistry from Western Kentucky University in 2006 where I double minored in mathematics and criminology. After graduation I decided to continue my education and went on to graduate school at the University of Tennessee. After only a year at UT, my advisor accepted a job offer at the University of Sussex in England and asked me to follow him. My husband and I moved to England where we welcomed our son.
