I started tutoring students at the age of 16 in the areas of reading comprehension, spelling, grammar, and writing. In 1998, I developed and ran a math tutoring program focusing on pre-algebra and Algebra 1, and Algebra 2. The program ran successfully for three years and ended when I began focusing on college full time. I graduated from Purdue University in 2006 with a degree in elementary education.
