I am an learning/educational specialist and have been in private practice for over 25 years. I work one-on-one with those who struggle with learning. My experience in the classroom spans the variety of settings from elementary through university including teaching in regular and special educational classrooms, learning specialist in k-12 private, public, charter schools and director of learning support services in a major state university. From these experiences, I have gained a working understanding of learning across the spectrum and have developed a wide range of teaching strategies. I am able to analyze individual students' learning strengths and weaknesses and then develop successful learning strategies with them. I hold a B.A. and B.Ed. from York University and a M.A. from Northwestern University.
