Hello! I have been in the Primary Education Field since 1997! My first job was as a personal aide in Special Education. ADD/ADHD
I have worked at least 8 years in Special Education. For the most part as a personal aide, working with many different needs children in the Primary ages. The lead teacher and I worked as a team, making special altered lesson plans that met the needs of each child. My job was to work directly with the child, while the lead teacher taught the rest of her class. Making sure lessons were done. I stayed with the child all day, Doing what the rest of the class was doing, I am very creative when it comes to altering lesson plans to fit the needs of the child.
