Seeking to overcome the disparities of education in LA
I am a recent Xavier graduate with a Bachelors in Sociology. I volunteered at home work help for two years working with students on English and Basic math assignments. This is where my passion for working with youth developed. Soon after graduating I did a year of service through City Year New Orleans as a fifth grade instructor.
