Recently retired, I still love teaching!
As a non-traditional student with much determination, I graduated with a Master of Arts degree in the field of Elementary Education and Special Education. My course of study was challenging, but I graduated with a GPA of 3.8 in June of 2000. ADD/ADHD
My graduate degree is in the realm of special education and was described as Varying Exceptionalities on my diploma. This was one of the exceptionalities that was included in my teaching method instruction. I have also had the privilege of having students with this challenge in my classroom as well as the resource room.
