My senior daughter had drafted her college applications essays, but wanted a second set of eyes to give advice on grammar, theme, style, etc. Diana provided such creative insight and boasted my daughter's confidence in her writing abilities. I would highly recommend Diana as a college essay tutor.

My bright daughter is an enormous reader who's inspired by learning, but struggles with writing. She'll write her homework for other subjects, but rarely completes her English homework which is frustrating for everyone, especially for her. My daughter also has a Math tutor and Math is now easy for her so I know that tutoring works for her. My daughter's former therapist recommended Diana and we started working with her at the start of this school year. Diana is not only teaching my daughter how to write and writing skills, but also dealing with the years of frustration that has built up around writing. They haven't been working together a long time, but I have to give Diana credit for not giving up on my daughter and I'm hopeful that Diana will help her work through this hurdle. She engages the parent in the process and has asked me to provide tools and books and other things to help my daughter. It's an effort by all of us, but it's really about Diana and my daughter working together to achieve a great goal.

My son has a severe anxiety problem when it comes to essays and often gets "stuck" on the writing process. Diana showed exceptional patience and skill in working with my son to help him get unstuck helping him to understand the task at hand, find a way to organize his thoughts and get these down on paper. She really went out of her way to help our son while instilling in him the self-confidence he needed.

Diana is an experienced tutor(specialist) for ESL(ESOL) students like my daughter. For the first meeting, she had prepared several materials so that she could find the best way for my daughter. Since my daughter wanted to improve her pronunciation, Diana introduced some web site regarding pronunciation and my daughter can learn how to pronounce correctly with the help of Diana. She also suggested to get a mirror to see the mouth carefully when my daughter speaks. Now, my daughter has found words she cannot pronounce correctly. We have been satisfied with Diana so far.
