For the past five years, I have been working as a special education teacher, working mostly with children with autism. I graduated from Simmons College with a master's in severe special education and have recently also become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Last year, I was lucky enough to spend the year teaching in Abu Dhabi, but returned this year to teach in a public school outside of Boston.
