Throughout my doctoral training I have worked with a variety of children with emotional and behavioral problems as well as psychiatric disorders, including children with autism. I have formal training in behavior therapy as well as diagnostic training for autism spectrum disorders. I have also done informal ABA work with children with autism around social skills, completing homework, organization, and day-to-day routine activities using behavioral plans and reinforcement techniques.
