Adeel pointed out that my single, summarized ROI would not be as accepted by an investor vs a multi-year P&L summarized into a multi-year ROI format. Also, a business plan is more customary with investors. Adeel said that I had included nearly all factors involved in figuring a ROI except that of Present Value for future years. He also mentioned that investors usually look at EBITA vs after taxes profit. In regards to Present Value, he explained the difference between Market Rate and Interest Rate. I appreciated Adeel's analysis of my work and his genuine advice to having my business idea better accepted by prospective investors.
