I worked as a speech therapist in Anne Arundel County, primarily in middle and high schools. In 2002, I pursued my passion and earned a Master's degree from the University of Baltimore (2005)in Creative Writing and the Publishing Arts. After graduation, I taught writing at UB for three semesters. Currently, I am teaching part-time at the Baltimore Actors' Theatre Conservatory. I am a published poet.
