My ultimate goal as a tutor is to help my students feel comfortable enough with their studies so that they no longer need me to help them anymore. I am an actuary with 17+ years work experience with the US government. I have taught mathematics and statistics in college, but I enjoy tutoring a lot more than teaching; I don't like having to give grades to students and would much rather help them earn good grades.
