I am an experienced teacher. I have been successful in improving communication skills with Autistic children. I have also been able to improve their success in a public school system by having them integrated in regular education classroom. I have worked with students with different levels of Autism. I have improved students language skills and their success in everyday life. I have successfully taught different types of academic subject matter to these students. I have seen these students blossom with the correct teaching methods which I have.

I am a retired special education teacher and have experience with working with students in a public school system. I have specialized in increasing communication skills for these students. I have helped them learn to communicate in everyday conversation by increasing their confidence in themselves. I believe in meeting the student's needs at their present level and working toward new goals and objectives.

I have a Bachelor Degree In Special Education for grades K-6. I have team taught in a regular classroom and taught in a resource room to assist these students to be successful. I have helped students with organizational skills which helps them be more successful in the classroom. I have worked with increasing time on tasks. I work with students with many positive reinforcements to maintain their attention. I am presently retired from a wonderful teaching experience and with many rewards from students successes.
