Hi, my name is Noel and I have a degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood. I have taught for 15 years and love teaching children new skills. I enjoy teaching children who are having a hard time "getting it" and love it when their eyes light up because they learned a new task. I have 3 children, 2 of which are ADHD and the other is ADD. I have taught in a childcare center for 15 years and had numerous children with ADHD and I have taken classes on special needs. ADHD children learn more with hands on methods and will learn better in short sessions with breaks as needed. They can't be expected to sit still and need to be creatively engaged in learning.
