Although I grew up with a Hispanic background, I didn't start learning Spanish until my freshman year of high school. I immediately developed a love for the language and culture, and started deepening this love and understanding by traveling. I have travelled to Spain, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Nicaragua, and I've lived in Spain and Costa Rica.
