Our experience with Thomas was a little non-traditional. My daughter had a 13 page physics lab re-write to work on and she was stuck. Her original paper had been graded a "D" and had been marked with a lot of teacher comments. She was baffled with the comments and I didn't know how to help her. This paper was worth a large percentage of her grade. Honestly, we were desperate. Somehow we lucked upon Thomas. He agreed to review the paper and provided insight, clarity and direction. As I mentioned, not "tutoring" in terms of solving a physics problem but an amazing resource. He guided my daughter in areas concerning data analysis and statistics and explanation of the physics. Oh, and this was over the Christmas Holiday and Thomas was on vacation! He responded very quickly and clearly put a great deal of thought and effort into understanding the teacher's comments to provide direction for my daughter.
