My name is Sundus. I am a native of Iraq where I lived more than 25 years, and I have been a permanent resident of the U.S. since January 2013. I founded a non- profit organization in Baghdad, Iraq in 2004. As a manager for ICSI, I dealt with the tragic humanitarian consequences of the war that affected the civilians, especially, women and children.
