Jane is very good to work with. She is able to take control of a the child who is distracted or defiant. Jane is great at Algebra, but when the student is being taught a new way of working the problems through the school Jane is behind in the new ways of doing the Algebra. I must say that Jane was willing to learn the new ways and took the effort on her own personal time to look up how they were doing that method.
