I've just returned from three years abroad, teaching a variety of subjects in South Korea. I began as a conversational English teacher working through EPIK (English Programs in Korea). I earned a minor in theatre for my undergraduate degree. During that time I studied acting, stagecraft, directing, theatre history, and playwriting. I participated in over a dozen productions including Oedipus Rex (Creon), Everyman (Everyman), The Zoo Story (Jerry), Hay Fever (Simon Bliss), No Exit (Garcon), Antigone (messenger), and others. While the majority of my work was acting, I also have practical experience with set design and sound design. I taught theatre at the secondary level, focusing on theatre history. Additionally, I'm a published and award-winning playwright.
