Through my experiences in working with children and adults with ADD/ADHD, I know many have deficits in executive function: meaning he/she needs support in thinking and planning ahead, organizing, controlling impulses, and completing any task. I have the ability to provide extra guidance (e.g. using a timer for study sessions - this will support focus and organization skills) for the child or adult while he/she learns executive skill of his or her own.
