I have extensive experience in both practical dramaturgy and dramatic literature. I currently hold an M.F.A. in Dramaturgy and Dramatic Criticism from Yale University's School of Drama, where I also worked as a production dramaturg on both student and professional productions. I also worked on student theatrical productions as an undergraduate at Harvard College. Following college, I spent a summer working as a production intern at the Eugene O'Neill Center in Waterford, Connecticut. I also gained experience teaching acting/theater to young women ages 9-13 at a performing/fine arts camp in the Berkshires. My research interests have particularly focused on Restoration Drama, Early Modern Drama, and American Comedy, but I have studied a wide range of drama in depth, from Greek and Roman texts to German Romanticism and the American Avant Garde. I am experienced in teaching drama as literature, but I have also spent time working as a practitioner.
