She is hitting the mark with my children, especially with my daughter. Marissa has been great with communication and working to make sure each session with my children is focused around their ever changing educational needs. Helping direct each child with tools they need to formulate solid writing structure. Happy thus far.

Marissa has been a true blessing to my son. She is very patient when working with him in the areas that he is weak in. She continues to encourage him along the way and offer great suggestions on how I can continue working with him at home. She makes the lessons fun too!!

Marissa is a wonderful tutor. She is very knowledgeable about the subject of reading and teaches kids the best methods that are individualized to that student. She is extremely patient with my daughter and my daughter has made tremendous strides in her reading ability. She is very consistent and provides a summary after each lesson in order to keep the parent up to date on the student's progress.

Marissa, has helped our fourth grade son so much over the last nine months. This new school year he has tested on grade level reading MAP testing, for the first time in his academic career. We could not ask for anyone more patient and caring with real interest in helping him (and us) learn in a way that is best for him!

Marissa was very thorough in her assessments of my grandson's abilities. She pinpointed his strengths and weaknesses and then designed a tutoring program that would build up any weaknesses. I have been very impressed.
