I'm impressed of Francina's teaching methodology, how organized and well prepared information and studying materials for the class. Homework, way to contact the student, scheduling the classes, everything perfectly organized. Francina is more than capable to recognize your strengths and soft spots, and to deliver information in personal way. After just 8 classes of preparation to the TOEFL I feel like I cracked the exam.
