After 20+ years in media sales, I decided to transition into teaching so went back to school to earn an alternative license in elementary education. I currently hold a lateral entry license to teach Kindergarten through 6th grade. I tutored 2nd grade students last year in reading so am familiar with the 2nd grade language arts curriculum.
