Being a mother, a student, and a future teacher; I am family and education oriented. I am married to a U.S. Army Veteran and we have one son. I attended an Early College High School program that developed my thirst for knowledge. From there, I went on to receive my B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences with a minor in Foods and Nutrition from Meredith College at 20.
