I have been an elementary educator for 20 years. I have taught grades 1, 2, 5 and 6 and this year moved into the role of Instructional Facilitator. My philosophy is that learning should be FUN and as engaging as possible. Knowing that all students don't like school, it has been my job and now the staff I work with's job to actively engage our students in hands-on learning whenever possible.
