I am currently an inclusion special education teacher in an urban district helping students access the current curriculum. I work with students in grades K-5 in mostly Language Arts and Math. I have a BA in Psychology and Elementary Education and a Masters in Special Education. I am very much looking forward to working with more students on a 1:1 basis!! I currently work as an inclusion special education teacher in a district. In previous positions I have worked 1:1 with students with were diagnosed with ADD/ADHD. Currently, I am working with two students in my district who have been recently diagnosed; one with ADHD with specific focus on hyperactivity and impulsivity and the other with ADHD involving inattentiveness.

I've worked at a special needs school in a multiple disabilities classroom, as well as an autistic classroom. I was a 1:1 aide for a student on the spectrum. I have experience in the documentation required to track behaviors.
