I have been in the teaching field in one form or another for about 18 years. I received a degree in elementary education and then took courses on a graduate level to get certified as a Teacher of the Handicapped. My primary work experience has been with special needs students and I have dealt with children with a variety of learning disabilities as well as emotional disabilities.
