In my 23 years of teaching I have worked with various learning abilities ranging from requiring additional one on one support for a small period after or before school to requiring an additional in class teacher for all day support. In an effort to provide my students the best supportive strategies I have participated in numerous in-services and professional development courses and or workshops in a wide range of special needs and or challenging behaviors. These extensive trainings have prepared me to provide optimal supports for differentiating instruction.
