Working with Bob to better understand organic chemistry has truly been a gift. During lecture I felt that I was having complex information thrown at me and I was told to just run with it. If your a student at Rutgers and you have heard about organic chemistry being a nightmare, know that you heard right! It is unfortunate that the classes are so large and that office hours become so packed that you can't even ask your professor any questions you may have. Than there is the tutoring they offer on campus, but because your class is over 500 students, the academic support centers become packed and turn into a waste of time. If you are looking to actually understand organic chemistry and become LESS stressed, then Bob is the tutor for you. He is so kind, and encourages you to keep trying while learning the mechanisms of organic chemistry. Tutors can be costly but you are truly paying for what you get. Again Bob knows the material and is so familiar with the Rutgers chemistry curriculum and exams, you will be sure to pass. I know that when I move on to take bio chemistry next semester, I will have the best foundation possible with Bob as my tutor.

I was pretty surprised that I found organic chemistry challenging and my professor did not really teach the material as much as just read off the textbook.
