My passion for reading instruction and technology has led me to pursue multiple certifications in the area of reading disabilities, Dyslexia, and assistive technology. Having spent time studying at the Children's Dyslexia Center (Scotchplains, NJ) and at Fairleigh Dickinson University, has equipped me with both a certification as an Orton Gillingham reading instructor, as well as a Dyslexia Therapist by the International Dyslexia Association. Over the past 5 years I have devoted my time to helping students to learn how to read, learn effective life skills strategies, and to rise to their true potential. I love to work with students to break down the their obstacles and watch the reading miracle happen!
