I am a very enthusiastic and encouraging teacher and tutor.
I have a Master's Degree in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University. After leaving my job as an engineer I have been teaching physics and calculus for twenty-five years. I currently teach AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2, AP Physics C (Mechanics and Electricity & Magnetism), and Calculus BC at High Point Regional High School. I also teach Calculus Based Physics and Calculus II at Sussex County Community College. I am also an employee of the College Board who sends me to Kansas City each summer to be an AP Reader. It is my passion to share my knowledge and experience with students who may be struggling with the subjects I love so much. I can help you understand physics and calculus, and help you gain the confidence you need to be a successful student in these subjects.
