I went to Bennington College and studied both technical and performance theatre. My background is in classical theatre mostly, as a performer, Shakespeare, Chekov and the like. As a costume designer I have worked on rock musicals, B movies, contemporary plays and classical theatre. I began acting professionally at the age of 6. I began working back stage professionally in costumes at the age of 14. All of these jobs were through contacts or auctions at McCarter Theater. I also took lessons in make up design, classic acting, contemporary acting and music at McCarter. I continued my education at Bennington College and worked in New York City as a costume designer and wardrobe supervisor as well as assistant stage manager. I've also worked at various regional theatres and in Los Angeles.
