Gail was somewhat helpful and provided some strategies but she stayed much longer than I expected. I should have spoken up after the hour but I let her continue and ended up being charged for 2.5 hours when I only really wanted one hour. I also feel she should have asked if I wanted her to stay longer and pay for more than one hour.
