Kerrie is very patient and will try to work step by step with you on your problems. However, to most who strive for an A in Organic Chemistry, it will not be possible with just a tutor's help, because an hour or two of one-on-one tutoring will not give you the practice you need for the tests. Organic Chemistry success is highly contingent on your teacher's penchant for putting tricky problems on the test, your coarse load, and your grit. In my experience, you need to practice the problems and learn the different angles you will be tested on. Most teachers/professors will lecture on the basics and test on the more challenging perspective of that concept. This is not a standard memorize the facts science course as most has lamented. I came out with a high B (missed the B+ by .02%) an A in lab due to a lot of time devoted to individual study. If you come with specific with questions and your notes, Kerrie will try to break it down. Sometimes, you try to break it down together. You will not feel alone with this hard subject if she is at your side.
